XBRL provided Enterprise Support to the Board and management of the SACCO through a discovery program, by deploying the FUNDESTM Diagnostics Evaluation tool in a series of sessions attended by the Board and Management staff. The outcome of the sessions was the identification of 7 weak areas of operation that the Board and management needed to focus on in order to realign the business and brand to the reality of the COVID 19 situation.
